These terms cover your use of welldweller.guru. By reading this site you accept them. They are short because the site does very little: it publishes reference information about one game.

1. We are not the game
welldweller.guru is an independent, unofficial English-language guide to Well Dweller, developed by Kyle Thompson. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Kyle Thompson, Top Hat Studios, Inc., Doyoyo Games, Nintendo, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Valve Corporation, or any other developer, publisher or platform connected to the game.
All game titles, artwork, logos, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 are trademarks of Nintendo; PlayStation is a trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment; Xbox and Xbox Game Pass are trademarks of Microsoft. The Steam, Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox store listings we quote remain their operators' property.
We are not an official support channel. We cannot act on in-game accounts, saves, purchases, discounts, bans, bugs or disputes; the contact page sets out what we can and cannot help with.
2. Information is provided as-is
The content on this site is provided for general information only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
Well Dweller launched on September 22, 2026 and is a live product. That means values here will go out of date: a launch discount ends and the price returns to normal, review counts change by the minute, a platform score appears where none existed, and store listings get rewritten.
What we do about that:
- Each page carries the date it was last checked.
- Time-sensitive figures — prices, discount deadlines, review counts, ratings, file sizes — carry the date of the reading we used.
- Where a store words something ambiguously, we quote the store instead of resolving it for them. The current examples are on the Switch page and the PS5 page.
- Where two sources disagree, the reviews page explains the arithmetic rather than blending it.
What we do not promise:
- real-time accuracy — there is always a gap between a store changing something and our next pass;
- completeness — a page may not answer your exact question, and we do not publish pages for questions we cannot source;
- that any description of the game's feel, difficulty or length will match your experience of it.
For anything involving money, account state or a purchase decision, prefer the store listing itself.
3. No accounts, no sales
We do not operate user accounts and we do not sell anything. In particular, we do not sell or facilitate accounts, game keys, in-game items, currency, boosting or any other trade, and we are not a marketplace of any kind. We do not take payment, we do not run affiliate links, and no link on this site is paid for.
4. What we do not publish
We do not publish or link cheat tools, trainers, unlockers, save editors, pirated builds, or anything that breaks the game's own terms or a platform's terms of service. The about page describes what else we deliberately leave out of this site.
5. External links
This site links to first-party sources (the store listings and the developer's own channels), to reference sources (Metacritic and OpenCritic), and to community threads and third-party videos that specific pages cite as the origin of a claim. Those sites are not ours: their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are their own, and a link is not an endorsement or a claim of accuracy. Once you follow a link you are on that site, under its rules.
6. Figures, prices and ratings
Any figure published here — a price, a review count, a percentage, a score, a rating, a file size — is a reading from a named source on a stated date, not a statement of what is true today. We do not score the game ourselves, we do not publish a rating of our own, and we do not present a third party's score as if it were ours. Where a platform has no score, we print that it has none rather than filling the gap.
7. Community reports
Statements from players are reported as community reports and are labelled as such, including bug reports and disagreements about how the game should be described. A community report is not a fact about the game, and this site does not treat it as one. Where a thread could not be read, we say so rather than describing it.
8. Corrections
If a page is wrong, we change it and move its checked date rather than quietly rewriting it. The contact page explains how corrections are handled and the current state of our contact channel.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes and the date above moves. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Which terms apply
These terms cover welldweller.guru only. They do not cover the game itself, any store, or any other site we link to. Our data practices are described separately on privacy.
