How to reach us
Write to contact@welldweller.guru. That is the only contact address this site publishes, and it is the same address for every kind of message described below.
There is no contact form on this site, and nothing on this page submits anywhere. Mail sent to that address is forwarded by our domain's email routing to the mailbox our editors read; the privacy page describes that in one paragraph.
What we want to hear about
Four kinds of message belong here:
- Factual corrections. A date, price, review count, platform detail or feature description on this site that is wrong, or that has gone out of date since the page was last checked.
- Broken things. Routes that 404, outbound links that no longer resolve, tables or images that render badly on your device.
- Rights questions. Copyright, trademark, artwork or attribution concerns about material that appears on these pages.
- Privacy questions. Anything about what this site collects, or about how a message you send us is handled.
What to include
A message we can act on usually carries five things:
- The page URL. The exact address of the page you are writing about — not just the section you remember reading.
- The sentence or item you want checked. Quote the sentence, name the table row, or name the image, so that we are looking at the same thing you are.
- What you would like us to do. Correct a figure, remove something, reword a claim, add a link.
- A reliable basis for the change. A store listing, an official post, a developer statement or an official video. A link is worth far more than a description — our sourcing rules start with first-party pages.
- The context that fixes the reading. The game, the platform, the storefront, the patch or build, and the date you read your source. Discount deadlines, review counts and file sizes move, so a date is what lets us tell a stale reading from a wrong one.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent, unofficial site. We are not the developer, the publisher, or any store or platform, and we cannot pass a message on to them. In particular we cannot help with:
- account bans, restrictions or account recovery;
- lost or corrupted saves;
- purchases, refunds, discount eligibility or pricing disputes;
- bug reports, crashes or performance problems;
- requests for review copies, keys, coverage or sponsorship;
- any support question about the game itself.
For all of those, use the game's own channels. The official links — the Steam listing, the developer's Discord and the developer's YouTube channel — are in the footer of every page on this site, and we cannot forward anything into them. During launch week a control-remapping problem and one crash report were both resolved through the developer's own Discord; both are described on what the community is saying. If you hit either, that Discord is the channel that worked.
Sending us something safely
- Do not send sensitive data. Never include passwords, account credentials, payment or card details, order numbers, recovery codes, save files or identity documents. We never need any of them, and email is not a safe place for them.
- Do not send someone else's personal data — including screenshots that show another person's account name, email address or real name.
- We will not ask you for any of the above. If a message claiming to come from this site asks you for a password, a payment or a credential, it is not from us.
- Screenshots are welcome when they show a page of this site or a public store listing, as long as they carry nothing from the list above.
Because there is no form to fill in, the site itself collects nothing you type. The privacy page explains what the site collects and what happens to the mail you send.
What happens to a correction
We check the report against a first-party source. If the page is wrong, we change it and move the page's checked date. If the report turns out to be mistaken, the page stays as it is. Either way the page's date tells you when it was last verified, and we do not silently rewrite pages.
Two specific things we will not do, because both would corrupt the record:
- We will not remove a sourced claim because someone would prefer it absent. If a store listing says something, the page reports it, with the date.
- We will not add an unsourced claim because it is widely repeated. A correction that arrives without a source gets checked, not published.
We read what arrives. We do not promise a reply, and we do not promise a timeframe: this is a corrections address run by a small team alongside the guide itself, and we would rather say that plainly than advertise a service level we cannot keep.
What this address is not
This is a general corrections, rights and privacy address for welldweller.guru. It is not a registered agent for formal legal notices, and this page does not designate one. If a rights question needs a formal statutory notice, say so in your message and we will treat it as a rights question, not as something this page has set up a procedure for.
